It will run discreetly in the background and there are a range of skins to choose from.

ImTOO PSP Video Converter also has a preview window, but it wasn't working at the time of testing, and although the test version only converts a maximum of 5 minutes of each file, it still took a long time to convert files. Combine this with the other limitations of the trial version, and ImTOO PSP Video Converter looses some of its shine. It will do the job, but probably isn't the most comfortable tool out there.
